He is... implied to somehow be able to use a can opener and is resilient enough to be sent places through the mail, but the day RWBY explains either of these things has not yet come??? So if those count as powers that's fine (I am going to hazard a guess that being able to be launched at foes is a power and removing that), but with or without being an abnormally smart and resilient dog (which I leave up to your discretion) that is what I would like Ruby to regain for Christmas.
