The ability can be strengthened in minor ways through practice, but she won't be able to do any superhuman feats without "leveling up" the ability in the future. It's basically just a way for her to manipulate objects while in a form without hands, like her Equestrian unicorn body. We'll say the upper limit of what she can do with regular practice eventually is about what an average adult human in reasonably good shape can lift and move easily. Pretty impressive for her own small size, but nothing to really write home about. Can not stack with her physical strength in any way, it's either one or the other.
