Power Requests

After events, players may use their event participation to either gain a new power, an upgrade to a pre-existing power or a small item from home. To get either of these things, players most post a comment to this page using the form below, specifying what they want. A mod will either approve it, or work with the player to make the power work if there are any problems with it.

<b>Character:</b> <b>Event Link:</b> you MUST have a link to at least one piece of event participation <b>Request:</b> describe the power, upgrade or item here. More description may be requested if necessary.

You can also use participation from two separate events to retcon a power you already have but no longer want (for whatever reason). Please use the following form for power retcons.

While a small item only requires one event, bigger items will require more. Please consult the mods about bigger items and we will tell you how much you will need to save.

Character: Stanford Pines
Event Link: Power Retcon
Request: One of Stanford's powers is shapeshifting, but since that's now become a freebee power I would like to cash it in for an item from home - namely, Ford's taser-gloves which are exactly what they sound like.



While the exact limitations are never stated in the show, I'm just going to assume that the gloves are about as strong as your average taser - enough to stun someone pretty badly, but not enough to electrocute someone to death.

Request: Technically I got this ability before the mod-approval rule was put into place, but I'd still like to get it approved before I use it - essentially, I'd like for Ford to be able to create constructs out of his drawings. Said animated constructs would be formed out of ink and paper, and function similarly to golems save for the fact that Ford will have practically NO control over them. As the constructs are made out of ink and paper, they are very fragile and are particularly vulnerable to fire and water which makes them rather easy to defeat should they decide to attack anything.

For the power: up to ten can be created at once.

For the regain: if Ford stops by the temple any time soon he will find it in a box like this addressed to him in the entrance. If he doesn't for a while, it will mysteriously find its way to the birdhouse like Beatrice's present.
